Change for the better

My mentor asked my I continued to do the same thing. Why I dated a certain type of girl, why I ate at the same place and lastly why I stayed at the same hotels.

I told him that it was a habit and I found it hard to change.

He replied back and said, ‘Abel if you continue doing the same things in life, you will continue to get the same results, you need to change the things you do to get a different result.’

Honestly, that was the best advice I’ve had in 30 years.

So the next day I started to change things in my life, the people I hung out with, the people I worked, the places I visit and even the food I ate.

Things started to change for the better.

My health started to improve, the people around me encouraged me to try new things and now my employment has improved.

So moral of the blog today.

Change the things around you but don’t change yourself.
